Nine6 nailed it: go to a boat dealer/marine store. Boats have lots of vinyl tops, covers, etc. The marine store will probably have a vinyl protectant and a vinyl cleaner. I find it hard to believe that there's not a boat dealer/marine store local to you, wherever you are located. I drive by one several times a week here in land-locked Central Ohio...

But I do have a definite preference when it comes to protectants. I prefer TaggTopp over 303 Protectant. 303 seems to generate better beading, but I have seen the stuff streak down the side of my car in a rainstorm. And I don't think the problem was excessive application. When my bottle of 303 gets low, which is going to take a long time, I'm afraid, I will definitely rebuy RaggTopp.
You can use a wide-variety of protectant products that will do the job just fine. I prefer the 303 because it is made to protect vinyl on a boat, which obiously has vinyl that sees a lot of sun (in a similar manner to the S2000).

My two cents.

303 user here...both the cleaner and the conditioner. Works great, but it does run a little until you wash the car a few times. I here raggtop beads better though.

I found the opposite to be true, FWIW.

Raggtopp is made to protect vinyl convertible tops on cars, which obviously see a lot of sun (in exactly the same way as the S2000).

^ This. AFAIK no one's done any useful objective testing. Both Raggtopp and 303 are good options.
