somoeone just backed into my car.
looks like I'll need a new rear bumper, rear left fender, trunk, rear left tail light, and I'm guessing a paint job on the whole car.
anyone have an idea, what this will cost?
Is it better to paint the whole car, or just the the rear and left of the car?

That totally sucks!
Did you get the culprit's insurance info?
They will likely just replace the parts they can replace, repair the quarter panel and repaint the back end, blending it into the sides.
Pictures?

oh holy crap.
let insurance sort it out
find a GOOD RELIABLE body shop in your area through your local forum. Unfortunately, yellow is not an easy one to match.

I cringe every time I see something like this, ive almost given up on having anything nice. You can garage your car and pamper it as best as you can, but if you drive it or park it anywhere in public , shit will happen to it.
