I have a small yellow spot (from bird droppings?) that I can't seem to get out. Any suggestions on products to use?

if it is etched (can you feel an 'edge" to the spot?) it will be more difficult to get - but we need to first determine that...
bird droppings can contain acids and can etch the paint-
also can you tell us what you have tried so far?

 

You also never mentioned where this yellow spot is. Is it on the paint or on the top or maybe it's on your headlight?

 

The spot is on top of the trunk. It is about 1/4 inch in diameter, but annoyingly noticeable since my car is white. I have only tried normal car wash soap without any luck.

It's almost like a stain... The paint feels completely smooth.

Unfortunately, I do not have a digital camera to take pictures.

I'd hit it with a light polish to start: Menzerma Final Polish or the Meg's or 3M Swirl. You could try a cleaner wax to start too.

If it's real stubborn you can get more aggressive later with product or a PC.
