Default Touch of Class?

Hi all, I'm probably going to buy a new '05 black s2k this weekend and the dealer is willing to throw in the "Touch of Class" paint/leather protectant package for free. I'm wondering whether anyone has this option on their car and whether it's worth it at all. I currently own a '00 black prelude that still looks like the day I bought it because I wash weekly and wax regularly. With this habit, would something like this even be necessary?

nope... i wouldnt even want it for free!
but thats cause i like doing this stuff myself.

sounds like you dont need it either cause you are in the habit of taking care of your cars.

my extreme is that i wouldnt even have the dealer wash the car! they are great at swirling cars- i have never seen a black car washed by a dealer without swirls.

just to clarify my thoughts:

for the guy who doesnt really want to spend the time and doesnt care that the car is kept really clean, that stuff could make some sense...
and it will be removed at the first swirl removal- if one is ever done!

from what you said about yourself, you sound like you are like me and probably overbaby your car. for us the stuff is a waste and probably an invitation for dealer swirls.
