Purge

For some reason I have the hardest time cleaning the windows on my car...I have used what seems like 1000's of different window cleaners and I always end up with streaks or some type of haze on my windows after I try to clean them...Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

I use a little trick I learned a ways back. Clean the windows with any glass cleaner (don't worry about streaks) and then I "polish" them with this stuff called "Slick Stuff" made by The Wax Shop. The great part is you can use it on paint, plastic, glass, window tint...anything you want to be shiny and smooth.

I used Stoner's Invisible Glass for the first time the other day. It takes a bit more effort to apply than Windex, but the results are better, IMO. http://www.invisibleglass.com/

Autoglym Glass Clean (From Proper Autocare)... AMAZING..no streaks..PERFECT results... BUT make sure you don't have pits, or it will fill them with white.

Autoglym Fast Glass with Bounty paper towel inside the car, microfiber towel outside.... superb stuff. I've also tried Zymol's Glas but was less impressed...

I've found that Eagle One 20/20 glass cleaner works really well at cutting through and dirt/film that builds up.

When you soak the glass (with any of these products) spread the stuff with a mild scotchbrite pad. The haze is from the chemical's inability to penetrate and lift a stain. This takes care of that.

I like newspaper too.

Nothing compares to Eagle One 20/20 IMO. I like using Bounty Paper towels, since they don't fall apart on me, leaving lots of lint/fibers on the glass.
