They have a big sign stating they are a member of the BBB, so they will be getting a call. I still plan to dispute the charges, my argument is going to be that the shop has been unable to provide the service they promised. Im hoping the shop is going to say I need to bring the wheels back again to be repaired, if so Im going to bring up the issue that I have to pay another shop $100 a wheel to take them apart, I bet you they will not pay that, so hopefully I can get half the money back or something!! Lets see what happens.
WHat really pisses me off is, when I was in there today, there was a guy with a lamborghini gallardo getting his wheels painted, I guarantee you his wheels are perfect, but because I dont have a $150,000 car, my wheels dont really matter how they come out. Or maybe the lambo owner's wheels are just as crappy as mine and he does not notice, for some reason I dont think this is the case though.
