Window seal coming loose?
Hey guys,
Unfortunately, I can no longer garage my car and I have to leave it outside. I just bought a car cover for it but I noticed this on my window. I have posted pictures below. Can someone recommend what I can do to this this? It seems such a small problem that I don't want to take it to the dealership, plus they are a pain to deal with. I'm afraid that if I tried to glue it down, the heat will just dissolve the glue. Any input would be appreciated!

Well it looks like only the side of the seal is coming off. I'm not sure how to go about fixing it. I don't want to aggrevate it any further then I need to. Maybe there is a compound I can buy to make it stick?
That's funny! I thought I was the only one with a reject window molding. Mine was like that about a month or so when I bought it brand new.
Never bothered to go to dealer to get it fixed. Maybe that black paste they use to install new windows might do the trick.
Gonna swing by the dealer tomorrow actually for some rotor resurfacing. I'll ask them about the window seals.
I'll let you know what they say.

I know this sounds stupid, but heating the strip helps. I've got the same dumb thing happening and was going to glue with some contact cement, but just give it a rub with my hand, until the rubber got warm, and the bumps seemed to get better. No cement yet
I guess you could always try a hairdryer?
