The important thing is that you get a "smart" charger. You don't want the battery to be constantly charged. A smart charger will only charge the battery as needed so as not to run down the battery.

Finally, I just want to say I've heard from many people that it's not good to start the car every few weeks.

battery tender considered a "smart charger"?

i saw one on their website... was thinking maybe that's the route to go..

get a snap on / blue point winter storage charger... it only puts out 1amp , then has an autoshut off when the battery is full, but will turn back on it the battery drops again.

I actually took Cheryl's trickle charger so I'm good..


only a few more weeks to go before I pull the car out of the garage
