Default Yucky glue on windshield from tint

Ok since summer is coming I decided to get the windows done with 5% all around.
Made the mistake of getting a strip on the top of the windshield.

Yanked it off the next morning after not really liking the way it looks.
Now I have some nasty glue left on the window.

I used the 3M wax/adhesive remover but all it seemed to do was smear the glue so I stopped.

What have you guys had luck with when spripping off tint glue?
Really want to avoid ammonia if I can...

Are you using a razor at all? If not, you need to.

Amazingly WINDEX and about 3 razor blades cleaned it up!

86 the harsh chemicals if you need to do this on your car
