Default Corey Maurer (RESOLVED!)

This situation was resolved 01/20/2014

Where to begin; I bought parts from Corey Maurer thinking that I wouldn't have a problem with one of the more ubiquitous/active members in the FI subforum. I sent payment for the his complete cooling setup (FBM radiator/custom -16AN lines) and his Laskey Stage 2 head (full supertech valve train). He wasn't able to ship the parts right away. That wasn't a problem; the holidays are a busy time. However, after receiving empty updates (meaning, shipping deadlines came/went), I filed a claim through PayPal. He didn't respond at all through PayPal. He shipped the parts a day AFTER I filed the claim (1 month after I sent payment).

I really dislike posting the aforementioned situation, but unfortunately, I haven't heard from Corey and thus far, he has refused to participate in the claims process (through PayPal). Corey, if you're reading this, the only amicable solution at this point is for me to ship the parts back to you while you refund my payment(s). Subsequently, you'll be able to file a claim through UPS for the shipping damage.

Pics of the damage:

thats just terrible packing

putting heavy parts in a flimsy carton box, filling with packing peanuts and just taping it to sh!t is not gonna work
