Corey Maurer (RESOLVED!)

Well, I didn't even know you filed a paypal claim until yesterday. I also included insurance for. 2500 dollars on the shipment in case something happened , which I told you. I don't understand making this a public issue before contacting me
Kyle sorry to about that man ! Corey sort it bro !!! I do understand why Kyle would post publicly..... He wouldn't as a first resort post publicly. Which means he's tried contacting you for quite some time.

Corey, I'll c/p my response(s) from FB:
Corey, I know you insured the package. That is how UPS will reimburse YOU, not me (the buyer). The fact that you shipped the parts the day immediately following my PayPal claim was simply a coincidence? I'm sending everything back in the morning. You can also file a claim through UPS (I will relay return shipping as soon as I have the information).
While I appreciate you taking responsibility for the packaging, the most amicable solution will be for me to ship everything back/you file a UPS claim.

Thanks Lee. I don't like making threads like this. I was at least able to get an admission from Corey (he did indeed receive the messages from PayPal). sam_spider, I'll continue to document the transaction as well as contact UPS tomorrow (the claims form is down currently; at least from the perspective of the receiver).
Sorry to see this happen to you kyle.
I will say right now that UPS will not cover ANY of that as the problem is inside of the package and there isn't really any damage on the outside of the package.
FYI. If you do file a claim(which is a waste of time) UPS will pick the package up, then ship it somewhere, then they take it all apart and see what was damaged. then they decide what you will get back and what they will pay for. It's been over a month and i have not received any reimbursement for my items damaged by UPS, nor do i have my item back.
i had to pay out of my pocket to replace my items as i couldn't wait this long, and they wanted me to give them my $2500+ worth of items in some broken box for them to throw around again. not a chance!
