dagle's feedback
dagle...may i ask...what value is there by you holding s2kpnoy's money? by holding money that isn't even yours to begin with is a bit childish imo.
if you're just holding the guys money just because you felt threatened or felt like your toes were being stepped on, why not just end it all by giving the guy the money back and you move on with your ballast sale....plain in simple i think.
just my two cents.
s2kpnoy, i hope everything works out for ya with ebay and your credit card company. good luck finding your ballast!

I think I have talked to Dagle before in the past about something a while ago that I was interested in buying - cant quiet remember but he wasnt bad to deal with / talk to.
Dagle - understandably, the attitude you received from the OP ticks you off and makes you want to "make him suffer" in a way, but holding on to his money and making him "enjoy the wait" for his money is looking bad on your part.
If I were you, I would just respectfully be the bigger man and issue the refund and be done with it.
OP - Ive been in your situation too and its hard to hold back from making what comes off as a 'threat". Best thing to do is be patient and cooperative.
I hope the both of you can come to an agreement very soon and resolve the issue. Best of luck to both of you.

Update: Paypal ruled in my favor, but they only refunded me $72.83, they said he had insufficient funds in his account to get me the full $75. Oh wells, i really feel sorry for the dude, i guess he really needed the money after all, thats why he gave me a hard time maybe
