Has anyone had experience with tunerdecals.com?

I placed an order on April 4th. Payment screen went right to PayPal. Paid it.

Haven't seen the order and it's been almost 2 months.

I attempted to contact them via their online request form, no reply to that.

The website claims they have no customer service department and couldn't find a phone number.

I have a dispute going on with PayPal right now.

Anyone dealt with this company in the past?

Filed a dispute with PayPal and they found in my favor.

The email from PayPal:

We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your
favor.

We were able to recover $38.25 USD and this amount has been credited to
you. Please allow five business days for this adjustment to be posted.

If you are due any additional funds, we will make our best effort to
recover the balance from the seller.


If the seller's account has insufficient funds to complete the refund owed
to you, please be assured that we will take appropriate action against the
seller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's account
privileges.
