Has anyone had any issues with HardTopGuy lately?
Ordered another ap2 front lip and got some sort of email saying that there was an error processing request or that we need to do further action for it to be completed.

Strange thing is (via paypal - credit card); money has already been deducted from account, we filled out the form in the "contact us" tab, no response thus far, and their old number (at Honda or something) no longer applies to them (we called and they said 'Jeff' doesn't work there)..

Anyone have a cell phone number or direct email or insight on this?

Is Handa-accessories a better choice? thanks.

There are some threads in here in regards to HardtopGuy. I would contact paypal and have the charge reversed if you have no confirmation that the product shipped.

I placed an order with HardTopGuy and the item arrived exactly as expected. He has excellent products and the communication was great. At one point he responded to one of my email's in like 20 sec, I thought it was an alert on my phone telling me my msg was stuck in the outbox lol. I think he may sometimes be a little bit busy but overall it was a great experience. To those who want to place an order with him, it might help to ask if the item is in stock before purchasing. He's a great seller and his price for my item was far cheaper than what any other website had. Buy with confidence!!!

 

Placed an order with hardtopguy for the NSX badges that he sells, and they got here in 3 days. He also answered the emails I sent with questions about them within an hour of sending it.
