Anyone else having problems getting a refund from these guys?? I sent my new/non working air pump delete kit back to them in July and still haven't seen a refund on my cc. I've been in contact with the owner via email numerous times since then and he has promised me that this will be taken care of, yet I'm still waiting. Knida feels like the same empty promises they gave us on delivery. This is exactly the reason I hate dealing with guys across the border cause they don't seem to mind jerking you around since you can't come down and talk face to face. Any other canucks out there with the same stories or maybe a suggestion. I'm so out of patience but I'm not prepared to give them my money.

Hate to hear you are having problems. Greg is a great guy and I have always had good experiences from him. From my first initial cheap purchase until me really big expensive purchases. I have faith he will take care of you as he has me in the past. Even with the big issue of J's racing Greg has made sure that everything has been ironed out. Hope all goes well. Good luck.

Shoot me a PM. If this is Chris im assuming? i have a reference number for the processed return on a MC for ya to check the refund on it. I just checked it again now to make sure it was in my credit log in our card processor. We love Canadians, especially women from Toronto area

The air pump kit had an unforseen issue with North American spec spec cars and refunded customer full amount plus shipping for the troubles.

I am admittedly overworking myself most the time unfortunately. sorry for any delay on my behalf. I havent even been on s2ki much recently... which i hate that so much.

Finally got my refund. Four months later, but done now. Too bad it had to go on the forum to get any action. Doesn't leave a very good taste in my mouth though. End of story.
