Hello all,

I'm fairly new to this forum but have been purchasing parts from vendors for years. In early March(4th) I ordered a few items from HardTopGuy against my better judgement from reading previous posts. Come today(17th) I emailed the vendor in reference to my order asking for tracking as it's been close to 2 weeks and I was just curious as none of the parts were large or special order.

Come to find out I received two response emails. One stating my order has been processed with purchase date stated as (3/04/15) and a second with my shipment information. The shipping information states that it was just processed today(17th) and is on a 1-3 day priority shipment.

Honestly this kinda sketches me out and irks me. I mean, what would have happened if I never contacted them and just waited patiently. I simply hope that I get what I ordered and that it's all in good condition. I'm quite disappointed with HardTopGuy.com. It may seem like a simple mix up but for me to have spent thousands of dollars in the last month and one of my smallest orders with this vendor be the only one that couldn't get it right, is quite sad.

Just a warning to future purchasers, contact them and make sure the order is ready to go. Good luck and will chime in with info on this issue. Thanks all
