Issues with TrackForged.
I am really disappointed with the response from forged. They said they offered him his money back but if they did why would he file a credit card dispute? Then he posted on the forum about his issue and they do this. He is not slandering your name. You guys are doing a good at that yourselves. Bottom line you have your product and his money. That is not good business and the people here are right. It is more about how you resolve an issue not just making a product and you failed here. So you rather go to court over $750? Which will cost you more in lawyer and court fees? Like I said he did NOT slander your name. He stated his case you had a chance to fix it but you are acting like a child because he may or may not of been a difficult costumer.

KARMA IS A BITCH AND YOU WILL GET YOURS. IT MIGHT NOT BE TODAY OR A WEEK FROM NOW BUT KARMA COMES BACK AND BITES YOU IN THE ASS TWICE AS HARD. YOU HAVE THIS MAN'S MANIFOLD AND HIS MONEY AND NOW YOU ARE THREATNING TO SUE HIM FOR "SLANDERING" YOUR NAME...... HE ISN'T SLANDERING YOUR NAME HE STATED HIS CASE. EITHER GIVE THE MANIFOLD BACK OR A REFUND YOU BUNCH OF f@#kING THEIVES.
Unfortunately we do only have one side of the story, which might or might not be an accurate account. With Forged not giving any information on their side of this situation we can only use the information provided. Also nothing the OP has said seems outlandish by any means so we can't discredit his remarks. With no response from Forged the remarks of the OP seem to be verified authentic due to the fact that if they were not, the assumption would be that, Forged would post something rebuking the false exchanges.
It's sad to see Forged respond with such strong language and threats against a customer. If they see this thread as slander and think that legal action would help anything in this situation they are sorely mistaken. Let's take a look at all of the huge companies out there that have something negative posted about them daily i.e. Dell, Microsoft, Sony. So obviously this is just a scare tactic.
I see this as Forged should either Refund the 75% they claimed or return the manifold. They should certainly not keep both. The right thing would be to adjust the manifold to fit and then send it back since they even claimed to know how to fix the clearance issues.
