True Customer service based on when a problem arises not when there is no problem at all. It is how they handle a problem to work toward a resolution. Ive had experiences with companies that a problem arose due to poor communication but those companies fixed the issue that benefited both sides. I don't see that being done here. If nothing ever went wrong then everyone will have an outstanding customer service experience.

I hope things work out for you. I bought the forged kit myself and dealt with Dave. He always answered my questions and emails or called back from voice mails. I can't take a side as I only know one, but I can't lie and say I'm not disappoint with Forged not resolving this publicly. I was happy to see them posting more about their products but now its like they don't care. Come on Forged, you guys helped me a lot, show people you're better then this.

whoa! there's no fitment issues on this said ramhorn manifold...i was there when they trying it out. Well, you'll have issues if you placed an aftermarket engine mount and big Garret turbo but you didn't tell them that in the beginning. Plus, why you didn't just sent it back right away and instead you went to CDV fabricator(another manifold maker) and you let them touch it. I have known guys at trackforged for many, many years now and all im hearing were great things about them and their technical expertise on souping up my S2000 with them are excellent and i'm very happy. I also got one of their turbo kit, loved it(spent 7k+ installed&tuned) since last July and my car still runs flawless. i just hope both of you guys can resolve this matter but i think its a little too late since you ruined their good reputation as a seller. good luck.

I think proper English and punctuation is necessary if you are to be considered a valid and credible source.

As you can see, the stud was hitting a runner, and it made it physically impossible to thread a nut on. The 4 bolt flange was also warped on the side with dents. Sorry for taking so long to post these pictures, Vince is a busy man, and he had to dig these up from months ago.

I could not take picture of the turbo on the manifold, since it was impossible to bolt on.The compressor housing was hitting the frame.

Let's see a video or picture of a 6262 on their Ramhorn manifold without notching. Btw, I paid Vince at CTD to install my Trackforged ram horn manifold. He is a fabricator, not just a manifold maker. He has worked at Full race and AFI, so I think I chose the best person to install the Trackforged ramhorn manifold at the time. He encountered the issues that I mentioned, and that's when I had no choice but to return the manifold. Last time I checked, the Innovative motor mounts do not alter the engine layout. A 6262 is a big turbo, and Forged said that the manifold would fit a turbo up to a 6262 without notching. As mentioned before,I was more than willing to work with Forged before this situation escalated this far. They currently refuse to refund me the 75% I agreed on, and still have the manifold I sent back. At this point, I am just repeating everything I have posted before. Please read everything prior to this, thank you.
