Issues with TrackForged.
Ok after seeing that nut not able to go on and the other problems I don't blame you for wanting all your money back. You bought a defective product from a reputable vendor. They can either make you a new one OR give you your money back. Both will cost them the same but one of which won't cost them their time.
Wow, the recent pics certainly prove the OPs assertions.
They can argue about the motor mounts and turbo fitment all day long, but a stud hitting a runner is a major flaw, and there are obviously other defects with the manifold as well.
If it were me, I wouldn't even settle for 75% refund... I think 100% is due... especially since he's stuck with the install/uninstall costs of the defective manifold.
Bottom line, he bought a product, it was defective and/or didn't fit/work properly, thus he is due a FULL refund or to have the issues corrected.
That is the way it is with EVERY store from Walmart, to Full Blown, to InlinePro, to anywhere else. This is no different.
Trackforged, you need to make this right. You are really hurting your reputation here.

Wow......what a Bull$hit response from Forged Performance......!
So to the original poster........
If I were you, I would take this David Huang fellow up on his threat of a lawsuit, infact you should look forward to the first letter from his attorney to which you should promptly reply (in writing by certified mail) that Forged has taken both your money as well as your product which is not legal to do.
Credit card consumer protection protects against "not receiving a product or service that was paid for"..........since Forged has both your money and the product you are entitled to further legal action, and can elevate the review status with your credit card company by calling their fraud department and re-filing the grievance.
At this point, regardless of who started the matter, or who was originally right or wrong......
Forged Performance is clearly taking advantage of the situation & you by keeping the cash and the product.
Makes me

These guys are local. I'll do my part to make sure they don’t get any future business from our area, just like Carbconn which screwed me and a handful of others. This kind of business practice infuriates me. Some have to learn the hard way I guess.
I hope Forged continues to sit on that used f22 they have been trying to sell at a premium price tag.
After reading this thread, will stay the hell from any future purchases. All I can say is this is a joke and my heart goes out to the OP who spent his hard earned money to end up with such a POS.
Wow, I thought for sure this guy was bsing but damn the pics don't lie. Even a blind man can see the flange is warped, and from the looks of the wastegate flange would be very difficult if not impossible to get a gate mounted on there. The collector doesn't look that bad, but the coating is hiding a lot of the weld flaws. I'm sorry for doubting you bro, you are correct Forge owe's you some cash for sure. I was gonna buy one of there heat shields, but not now. Good luck too you, maybe they'll have a change of heart. Sadly this poor business decision is gonna cost them a shitload of a lot more than the cost of this mani.
One point on the stud hitting the runner. My LoveFab V1 manifold has a similar issue. With the manifold in place you cannot get the nut over the stud. The trick is put the manifold just over the stud and start the nut. Wind it in as the manifold gets closer to the head. Painful but not a deal breaker. As long as there is a level surface around the stud hole for a skirted nut to sit it's not a problem
Also, when I got the manifold the mating surfaces weren't level. I had them machined.
And my manifold eventually cracked around the collector. I took it off and had it welded back up.
Now my situation was different. I got my manifold as a special order from LoveFab to see if it would fit RHD. It did. It was an early experimental item. And being in Australia the idea of sending it back for these glitches was out of the question.
I have to say this is not looking good for Forged. They apparently outsourced some welding to a third party and they stuffed it up. And now they are stuffing up their reputation by being pigheaded.
