I've been fighting with USPS. I had an entire batch of orders come up missing after I dropped them off at the post office. I'm not sure what happened, as they didn't shirked the blame, but it may have something to do with the holiday shipping. It took an entire hour from the end of the line.

 

As a follow up: to anyone that hasn't received their package, it may have been lost with that batch. I've looked up all the orders in December and made sure each one has either arrived, or had a replacement order shipped out.

 

Ordered my 6k bulbs on the 1st and just got them today!!

I did not think i will be posting this but i ordered a few things through "js2k" and i PayPal the money to the address given by him through PM on the 11th February and till today i have not heard ANYTHING from Joey. No confirmation of getting the money, or shipping information or tracking number.

I have sent him three msgs, NO REPLY.

Every-time i order something off these Forums i have to get on sellers ass to get my stuff or money back.

I'd appreciate if i can at least get the tracking number now so i know when to expect the package.

Today is only the 5th day since you've ordered... A lot of people are a bit too impatient it seems. He is a 1 man operation doing it on the side of school I believe so its to be expected it may take a little while to get out. IMO you are a bit too impatient with him. 3 messages sent in first few days of order is too soon to be panicking I think. I know we all want instant gratification but some patience is always good.

I'm sure you'll get your parts as he always delivers. I've always had great experiences with him.

I ordered from js2k with great results. No issues and communications were excellent. I placed my order on his website and got it within 6 days. He even sent me out replacement keyhole plugs when mine were damaged during shipping. Buy with confidence!

 

Well "communication" is the keyword. I have not heard anything from him since that. Its been 7 days with NO COMMUNICATION. Im not being impatient but it would be nice to atleast hear something from him.

Well i guess i will just wait for him.

 

There's no excuse for not communicating, sorry. Exactly how long does it take to send a simple message saying "order received" or "I'm working on it"? If you're going to take someone's money have the decency to pretend it matters.

I'll pm Joey to see what's going on, he's not logged on here since the 12th.
