Ordered clear ap2 diffusers, and white LED parking lights order number 3055 placed on may 12th. Order says shipped, but tracking says only label has been made and been like that for 2 days now. Just wanted to know what was up with it.

My timeline:

May 12 Order submitted and paid for

May 15 Email sent asking what the hold up was

May 15 Order shipped (USPS: Electronic Shipping Info Received)

May 17 Email replied to, claiming order was shipped 15th

May 17 Email sent back to Joey asking why it still only says electronic shipping info received, and not that the package has been dropped off, arrived at so and so sorting facility, etc.

May 21 USPS finally receives the package, after claiming it was shipped the 15th.

I tried to be patient and give the benefit of the doubt to Joey and think that USPS was just being lazy and not scanning the packages but apparently not. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase as all I have read are great reviews for js2k. Ultimately, shipping took 9 days and I will not be ordering again.

 

Why are you disappointed bro, you got your stuff within 6 days, dont forget the weekends (You ordered on Sunday, shipped on Wednesday, Saturday Sunday everying is closed in US and you got it on Tuesday). I think you have never ordered stuff before, they usually take 7-9 business days. I can vouch for Joey and his amazing customer service and prompt shipping. I know i have been impatient with him as well, but both times the man was out of the country in my case.

I'd suggest to be a little more patient next time when you order from anywhere, it does take some time. especially when Joey is a One-man Business.

I can't thank Joey from js2k.com enough for such great customer service. I purchased keyholes a little while back and noticed that the paint was peeling around the edges. I explained to him about the situation and he sent me new replacements on the pronto while also being very prompt in responding to my pm's. I highly recommend doing business with Joey as his customer service and products are top notch .

If anyone does experience any delays, my sincerest apologies. I know I hate waiting for parts too, but things have changed since 2008, and I'm no longer in college with tons of free time. I do my very best to keep up with orders and emails. However, I still do take care of my customers no matter what, and you can rest assured that you'll be satisfied with your new shiny mods.

Placed another one for keyhole covers back in December, and still haven't received it...

Just checking in again. I've been doing my very best to keep up with everything. I'm working 60-80 hours a week and traveling on the day job (IT). Mina is shipping out orders from our home in Dallas and is luckily understanding of real life. (Yes, real life sucks. I wish I was a kid again, or even in college).

The 6000K HID bulbs are in transit from China as we speak. All backorders will be shipped out as soon as I receive them.
Rio Yellow keyhole covers are currently being painted. The painter has gone through a ton of stuff lately as well. Unfortunately, if I don't use him for paint, I'd have to raise my price a decent amount, as paint isn't cheap.

I just wanted to reiterate that the mission for JS2k.com and how this business originally began, was to make other S2000 owners happy with products that are new, unique, tested, and great quality. (Ahem, people used to sell keyhole covers for $30 a set) Any profit is just a nice bonus. I'm still doing my very best to serve S2000 owners because we have amazing cars dammit!

Just wanted to give feedback regarding Joey and JS2k... I ordered LED conversion a while back and one of them started failing after a long time of use. With just a quick email exchange, Joey provided replacements, them even being an updated design that is more robust and he did not even charge me a dime!

I have to say, this guy and his operation is definitely intended to encourage happy S2k owners, and for this I have to give this guy great props. When I first placed my order, he was awesome. When dealing with an unfortunate LED issue, he was still just as awesome, even when there was no new sale in it.

This is how you know the business you are working with has heart.

Great job, Joey, keep it up, and may all the generosity of your service be returned to you a hundred fold!
