I bought some of his keyhole covers. Very good communication and a nice product. Color match is also spot on.

 

I'm still waiting on my lights its been two weeks. also they never reply back to my emails. very slow shipping

Have you tried calling Joey at the number listed in his signature? Or pm him, he's always been very punctual on my previous orders.

 

My wife ordered the oil drain valve (which was in stock per website) as a Christmas present back on the 12th of December. The JS2K.com website shows that the item was shipped on the 19th, but we still haven't seen it yet. The tracking number provided was invalid per USPS, and the emails that my wife has sent to the seller have been well-ignored. We contacted USPS and was told that the label was printed, but no package has been received. Today, the 30th, the package is finally with USPS so it took 18 days from payment date to have the item shipped, and 11 days from printing the shipping label to actually dropping it off.

The JS2K website says, "I know how much I look forward to receiving new toys, so your purchases are shipped out within 24 hours of payment." Clearly, this did NOT happen. It continues, "Allow 14 days for mail carrier inefficiencies. If you have not received your product, please contact us." I don't believe the issue is with USPS inefficiencies, more like a problem with the seller. Even more disappointing, we have tried to contact the seller to no avail.


Long story short:

-ridiculously slow shipping
-extremely poor communication (actually, no commmunication at all)
-if we could find this part elsewhere, we would have gone with a different vendor altogether

I believe Joey is a good guy and appreciate his support of the S2000 community. However, business is business, and there are absolutely no excuses for horrible business practice. For me personally, some communication could have rectified any issues.

weird... i bought keyhole covers from joey... to be honest, the first set he sent me took a little while. Although, when i emailed him he responded right away and said they must have got lost in the mail and sent out another one asap... he even refunded me 5 bucks for my trouble. Sure enough both sets came in later and when i offered to return them he told me to keep em and sell them/give them away locally
