couldn't be happier with moddiction. had the lowest price i could find on the wheels i wanted and shipping only took 3 days. i have also bought a clutch kit and shift knob from him and have nothing but good things to say. highly recommend. thanks!

Purchased items from you in Early March (3/4/15) that were not listed as out of stock. Come to find out, half my order was out of stock and half was a discontinued products. So I was refunded part of the money and figured I'd wait for the back ordered parts which was said to e coming in a couple weeks. It's been 4 weeks since that notification and 6 weeks since money was sent. No updates nothing so I asked for a refund. I DO NOT CARE how many people have good responses for you. My transaction with you was a complete waste of time and you have held onto my money for over a month as if I have finances to just have sitting doing nothing. I'll never shop with you guys again.

We contacted you right away letting you know the parts were back-ordered. You selected to wait (we of course offered a full refund right away to which you declined) I do apologize it was out of stock but listed as in stock (on our old website that we are switching away from) All other colors were in stock except for the burnt finish which you ordered.
You emailed us last night asking for a refund and threatening charge backs etc (completely unnecessary since we already offered you a full refund) and we issued a refund early this morning in full. You could have contacted us any time for a full refund if you needed the money.

I have bought a couple things from Moddiction over the last couple of months and was very happy will all of my transactions. My HFC was on back order right from the start and they offered right away to refund my money but I decided to just wait out the process. Would always respond promptly when I asked for an update on my order.
For the items that were is stock, I couldn't believe how fast the shipping was. I ordered an intake on Wednesday 6/3 and it was at my house Thursday 6/4.
Can't wait to get everything installed this weekend, thanks again.
