I have purchased my Anvil 2 & Tanabe exhaust from Moddiction. Very happy with the fast shipping, communication, and professionalism! Will definitely do business again.

Negative Feedback! Horrible customer service!

I purchased some project Mu pads from Moddiction and was billed 2x for the same order. I emailed him that night and ask to make sure that it was only one order placed... fast forward 3 days later... No email, phone call, text or PM. I decided to call.... no answer 3 times. So I left a message.... guess what.. no return call.. I finally got an email from him stating that the front pads where out of stock (there was no out of stock sign on his site) and that it would take 30 days. I then I asked him if there was an pads similar/ or better in stock. and you guessed it.. NO REPLY after that email. I then asked for a refund for BOTH of the charges..... NO Reply. there is much to be desired with this guys customer service. I cant wait to here the crazy excuse he has to tell the rest of the forum.

6+ unasnwered emails

7+ unanswered phone calls

2+ voicemails...

WOW... sorry to hear dude. Not to say this didnt happen, but that seems really out of character for Moddiction (Ryan). Im curious to see what he says. I have purchased from him multiple times and never an issue. Hope this can be resolved for you as i can understand frustration when it comes to car parts.

Sorry about that! That is my fault. As I emailed to you I was out of town this week and was very difficult getting back to all emails and especially phone calls. The double bill was actually on your cards end though since the card info you kept putting in was having errors and your card wound up letting 2 go through. We just issued you back a refund for both orders. We normally respond at the longest in 1 day to emails or voicemails depending on how busy it is. Being a small business unfortunately when forced to go out of town it makes it a lot harder to get back to customers in as timely a manner as I would like.

I understand being out of town. However you should have said something from the get go and not let my order and my emails dwell for days without any response. Its sad as Moddiction was one of my favorite vendors on the forums and you guys did nothing to make it right. Thanks for my refund.

Normally if it is a planned time away I will put something on the site to let people know orders may be delayed. It was a sudden trip I made and didn't have time to get my web guy to put a notice up. I apologize for not getting in touch with you sooner but where I was I didn't have access to a computer most of the time unfortunately so I was unable to get back to you until I did a few days after order was placed.
99+% of parts are in stock in warehouse or at manufacturer. It is unfortunately impossible for us to keep a realtime inventory on the site to alert if out of stock due to the volume of part numbers. Normally we will contact customer within 12 hours if an item ordered is out of stock or back-ordered.
We always can work with customer to make it right and offer a substitute product if needed however being out of town it didn't seem like you were able to wait for that to happen so we issued a full refund. If you ever decide to order from us again I would love the opportunity to make it right with you. Shoot me a PM on here or email if you do and I can personally make sure everything goes smoothly.

Negative Feedback

I purchased a set of Buddy Club Ball Joints, on Moddiction's website and Buddy Clubs they say they work on AP1-AP2. Well they don't fit AP1's apparently, after a lot of back and forth I got someone at Buddy Club to admit they need to be on 17" wheels. Moddiction said fine return the parts, I did and have yet to see the credit put back on my account. March 11th is when they said they received the parts. Since then I have sent 4 emails and even a PM on this site. No response. The original issue isn't Moddiction's fault the lack of communication and not returning my money after they said they would is a problem.
I gave every opportunity for this to be handled and now I'm out $413.60
