Is Moddiction still in business?

I placed my order 06/17/16 from my phone. I mistakenly swapped my billing and shipping addresses so my credit card didn't go through. I did however receive an order confirmation. I emailed them immediately after, asking them to just swap the addresses and charge my card. It is now 6/30/16 and there has been no reply. I check my SPAM folder everyday, so it is definitely not in there. I haven't just been waiting for a reply to my email either, I have also called and left a voicemail 2 times now. Both times I left my order number, name, and call back number. No return calls. I always get the machine, no one ever answers the phone!!

 

Yes. I believe he just got married earlier this week so he may be away on his honeymoon. You might also try sending him a PM through the forum.

 

Is Moddiction a 1 man operation?

 

I ordered something early last week and saw the message posted on their website that they would be closed until 6/28.

I just got my tracking number yesterday, so operations are definitely up and running again.

 

He was closed through 6/28 according to the website. There was no notification outside of a banner at the top of the page that I am aware of. He is back, though probably dealing with a large back-log. Some sort of out-of-office message/notification plugged into the text of his system for order confirmations or at least in the signature line of his emails would have been a good idea.

 

He messaged me back a few days ago on here. I'm sure there's a reason for the late response . I'll always vouche for moddiction. There the only s2ki vendors I do business with.
