Quick way to get booted from here
All I can say is, Jeff (Hardtopguy) has been an amazing asset to our community and apparantly he is having some issues right now. If you need something quick that is understandable, but if you are worried about refunds I wouldn't worry at all. Jeff has ALWAYS been extremely trustworthy and I know he will take care of everyone fairly. It might take a bit to get it all figured out, but he won't rip anyone off.
In the end, he's just a one man shop trying to take care of all these orders. That being so, sometimes this happens. However, when you catch him at his best, Jeff offers something you can't get from other online vendors (Majestic Honda's website, etc). Jeff will sit on the phone with you and talk about details of your order, tell you what diff to go with, what works for your car, etc.
There is a reason the new customers are the ones complaining, but those of us who have been long time Hardtopguy customers are not. When you catch Jeff at his best, you will see it's worth waiting it out. He will make right on all of it.

There are lots of people telling us how great HTG is and their great experiences in the past.
These individuals need to ask themselves whether they would be truely prepared to send $1000 for parts tomorrow based on HTG's last months performance. If the answer to this question is no, then your positive comments aren't really valid at this current time.
