People who got your orders recently

1) Before you recieve parts, do you get a tracking no. or something

2) When did you place your order and get the parts?

FYI - My order says processed on 5/27 and $886.55 was taken out of my credit card. Jeff said he would issue a refund for parts I didnt need and send me what I would need for defroster and interior.

Just wondering how long this may take since my car is in the middle of the garage fully disassembled for the top install....

Tue, 5/19/09

3) hardtopguy.com: Your order #8461 has been completed
Thu, 5/28/09
*It included tracking number*



I will buy from Jeff HTG again, but not any time soon. Once he gets the shipping and turn over rate straightened out then I will have no problem contributing again. Till then I will be buying my parts wholesale from dealership I work at.

EOE - Thanks, I am order 8497, so there are a few more to go ahead of me, perhaps.

Its just all worrisome for me coz I had never dealt with him before this and I heard nothing but good things and I didnt see any of these threads till after. My situation is sticky too coz my car is all apart. I assumed from reading that he stocked most of the parts and I would have it quickly. Some of this is my fault too, I suppose. Hopefully I get my stuff soon.

To be honest I spent almost 800 dollars a month ago for some parts and it doesn't bother me that it is taking this long to get the items. BUT the thing that really bothers me is how much i try to get ahold of him and he can't send me a reply back. I just want to know when I will get my gears because i need them soon I am order #8391 so I must of been skipped or my items are not ready i guess.. I guess I will never know.

I actually have a response/update for my order today. HTG is arranging shipping carrier for my hardtop delivery ... apparently the HT arrived in Ohio already.
i guess be patient.. he will get to it ...

Judging from the responses here... if you guys were in my place, you would probably be going mad. I've been waiting since early April, before the Dragon, so it's basically been nearly 2 months. Man... a bit hurt and still wondering how in the heck you guys are getting stuff before me. Consider yourselves extremely lucky.

Still have faith in HTG...
