This is really too bad to see going on. Very poor communication!! For some reason he will respond to some sales but others just completely ignore.
Looks like he got in over his head somehow...

 

If you really want to contact him, phone is the best way, I am sure he is swamped with emails.

I called him about a week ago and he was very polite, and was happy to answer all my questions.

Well, I ordered the kit. I have been trying to call to get a tracking number for it, but no one would pick up the phone. I finally checked paypal and there is one there. It's scheduled for delivery on tomorrow. But what is really strange is why does it say that the weight is only 12lbs. I thought the flywheel weighs like 14lbs or something. Even on his website it says total weight is 49lbs.

I didn't spend almost a grand to only get one part... Guess I will have to wait and see tomorrow.

 

I agree,

As somebody who has stood up for HTG, only consider him reliable by phone. I think email is not a priority for him right now.

 

My aircraft had a #1 engine die on us so now I am stuck at Robbins AFB, GA. I asked my wife over the phone though if the box felt heavy and she said no.

I hope I get an email or something to let me know where the rest of my kit is at. I am in no mood for crap right now.....

Just got home. Thank god. By the way, everything is there. I guess fedex is the one that screwed up the weight. Everything is the way it should be.

I tried to call earlier today. I got someone else and asked for Jeff. They said he would not be in until Monday.

To be honest, I will order from him again if I need something from him. My parts got here in a timely manner and the packing was great.

I'm not sure if you have received your good you ordered through Hardtopguy but I have just received a tracking number from him after PM'ing him from the forums.

I just clicked on his forum handle and then clicked on the email link and I guess he'd gotten my PM and I received a tracking number via email a few hours later when it was US business hours.

I'm having problems too. I ordered some pretty simple gaskets and bolts on September 10th and I still don't have anything. I've called him multiple times and he continues to tell me he's going to get everything to me. This is getting absolutely ridiculous. I needed these parts a week ago. I will most definitely not be doing business with him again.

 

At what point does s2ki step up and do something so this doesn't continue?

if you don't want to order form him don't he is doing this part time and he tells you that up front..
but i have ordered from him and it took no unreasonable time to get me. Calling him is the best to get ahold of him.

and if you think he is taking for ever I ordered plastic trim parts from Majestic Honda parts online and it took 2 months to get here if the parts are back ordered from honda simple parts take forever to ship out
