just to update my issue with nhan, i still haven't received my sub back from him yet. he decided to just drop it off at a friend's house and expect me to drive 4 hours to pick it up??? i don't even know the condition of the sub at the moment. i don't even know if my friend received the sub from him since my friend don't live at that house that nhan dropped the sub off. my friend goes to school 4 hours away from home so he only comes back when he has a break from school. my friend haven't called me to let me know what is going on with the sub so as of this moment, problem is not resolved.

nhan may think by dropping it off at a friend's house is going to put him in the clear but thats not how things work. it is obvious that he haven't held up his rep as a "good buyer" lately. all he does is "look at my stars (you paid for them, one a year, whoopty doo) it dosent mean you are a good person. it just mean you paid your membership. and then always claim hes a good seller. well, he is not selling at the moment. he needs to proof he is a good buyer but so far, i see nothing but bs and more bs from him. then show his e-thug side by threatening people. he should start off by making up a good reason why he didnt pay me for the stuff i had delivered to him. it dosent take a rocket scientist to figure that he dosent like an item a few weeks after he got them.

his weed smoking buddy even asked if i wanted him to go and slash nhan's tires. i laughed when i heard this. btw, whenever i got time and drop by savannah, you will be the first to get a text from me. i just want to see how bad you will rearrange my face. i might have a date afterwards so will you please let my left side look ok enough to go out? should i pee in my pants after i text you?

 

apparently Nhan did not drop the sub at the house he claimed he did. what a big ass liar. he dropped it off at another friend's house and said that i wanted him to drop it off there. i specifically told him that they didnt want any responsibility transfered from Nhan to them so they want Nhan to come by and pick it up. my friend spoke to him on the phone and told him he dont want it there. Nhan refuses to pick it up so now my sub will be on the curb.

Nhan needs to make this right. I had it delivered to him, if he didnt like it. he should have it delivered back to me. not dropping it off at a house of his preference. if you purchase something and dont like it, its only fair that you ship the item back to the seller.

two options:
1. ship it to my house undamaged
2. pay me for what you have taken from me

Next step will be taking this ass hole to court which will waste a lot of my time. im sure he will have to pay for court fees since he is the one at fault. btw Nhan, ask your detective friend see if you are at fault for what you have done so far. also, what have he done so far? i still want to see how im going to get in trouble for selling you something and you refuse to pay me

 

Not my sub. I ain't doing shit. The house it's dropped off to is across your other buddies house where I picked it up.

BTW, if you remembered in the text you sent me, you wanted NGUYEN to pick it up, so I dropped it at his house.

in the intrest of fairness, i had someone to bring it to savannah for you, you need to do the same by either shipping it to me or have someone bring it to atlanta for me. its a two way street in the buying/selling business.

im sure you spoke to nguyen and he specifically told you he dont want to deal with your drama and come pick it up from his house. obviously no one want to deal with you at the moment. even a guy wayyyyy across the country wont even sell you his work s1 wheels for a reason. you are a crappy buyer and you need to accept it. stop all your threatening words. its not going anywhere and its not like im scared or peeing in my pants every time i read your posts. you need to be banned for all the trouble you are causing
