WyattH was selling his 4.44 gear, I then offered him 330 + 3% Paypal Shipped to my door within a COUPLE of days. He then agreed and offered to ship it from Vancouver on Monday May 29th at which point I questioned the motive(cheaper shipping from Vancouver to Edmonton and Taxes and Duties will not be charged) I then agreed to have the item shipped from Vancouver.
May 28th
I messaged WyattH to make sure he understands that it's 1-2 day Service from Vancouver. He the nreplied by saying :
"Got it. I'll get it shipped our right when I get to Van!!

I messaged WyattH to ask if he had shipped it out yet and if I can get the tracking number
No Reply from WyattH
May 31st
got a reply from WyattH claiming his PM box was full(Which it wasnt because if it was ... I would be able to send him the Message on the 29th"
He informed me he couldnt get to Vancouver on Monday... so he will be there on Saturday and thats the Latest it would be shipped... he also offered to ship it Express from the US Via FEDEX which he claims would take 10 days( not if its on Express 1-2 day service)
I then told him I needed it by Friday and asked him to send it EXPRESS 1-2 Day service NOW from the U.S
He replied saying that I never stated that I needed it Super Fast (Which I did when I initially offered) and said that there is no Physical Way that it could be shipped by 2 day service from Washington(BS)
... he then offered to send it from Vancouver on Friday June 2nd or by latest Saturday June 3rd ...
I took the offer for the item to be shipped out from Vancouver on the 2nd or 3rd because duties and taxes would be be charged as he is goign to carry it across border first.
At which point I notfied him that the reason I needed it quick was my car was out of commission because the differential was dropped for rebuild and I needed his 4.44 to do so.
He acknowledged my situation and agreed.
June 3rd
I asked if he had shipped it out yet
He said he shipped it Via USPS Express 4-6 Day service.... from the U.S... without tracking numbers...
4-6 day service is indicated by USPS' website saying it's GROUND service....
I asked him why...
He said " plans got changed so i sent it out USPS last week. Quickest time was 4-6 days, so this week you'll see it. Best I could do. "
He offered FedEx Express which takes 3 days to get to me at most... that was the first time he messed up.. now he messed up the 2nd time and he offeres me Ground Service from USPS? Know that my car is out of commission until the gear arrives? Thats very inconsiderate if you ask me

I was planning on going to Vancouver anyway, so it would be faster to ship from BC to Alberta (where he lives).
He didn't like that idea, but obliged.
I never got one PM apparently, no matter how you slice and dice it.
My plans to go to BC were ruined, I am sorry. Sh*t happens.

I can ship it out to you via FedEx from USA today as I was going to do yesterday, but all mail going to Canada goes to Toronto first and then to you, so it would be about 10 days. It will be faster if I ship from Vancouver, a lot.
I am very sorry for the delays. If you want it shipped from USA anyway, I can, but it will take longer.

Hate to say this to ya, but you might want to request the money back.
1) I said I was going to Van this week and could get it shipped out from there for less money and less time.
2) You never said I had to ship it super duper fast, which is probably 4x the cost.
3) There is no physical way a package from WA can get to you in 2 days. Plain and simple. All international mail goes to Toronto first.
With that said, if you are unhappy, request your money back. Or, it can be shipped out today Priority (not 2 day) or from Van tomorrow or Saturday which is still way faster.

Forgive my best intentions to help you. Shipping from BC is way faster, so I tried to help YOU by doing that and waiting... I am sorry my trip was cancelled and then I shipped it out right away from the States...
So, why don't you post the rest of the conversations this morning?
What's done is done. You'll get your gears. Sh*t happens outside of your contorl sometimes - deal with it.
Case in point - JohnsS2K. Gold member, valued member, experienced owner, active in the community, etc... That guy took so long to ship out parts from when he parted out his car. Did people complain? Yes. Was it the end of the world? No. I think you're over-reacting for a few days, buddy.
These posts will be probably be deleted anyway to encourage us to solve this via PM instead of on the forum, anyway. Cheers.
