sounds good, yea when i tracked the dhl shipment, it said it was supposed to be here the 6th, the 6th came and i never recieved them. So i called and they said, " we recieved them sooner then we thought, so we held them here to ship on the right day and forgot about them." So the lady filed a claim and give me the number, i'll pm you the number so we can get some money back. As for the seats, i can see your a stand up guy, so i'll just take it in as the shipping ruined them, which they prob did.

 

No problem. I'll also do my best to get as much money from DHL. Send me all the info I need. I'm glad that everything worked out fine for both of us.

Not sure if this belongs in here because the transaction never went through, but I had made a deal with SojuSoulja for a used K&N FIPK a couple of weeks ago. We agreed upon a price, rather I agreed to the asking price plus shipping, seller even asked for zip to get shipping cost and would take paypal.
For a couple of weeks SojuSoulja strung me along about waiting on a new intake and would be coming off next week, etc. so I waited patiently.
Last night a Pm was sent to me with the final amount including paypal id, 2 hours later a second PM followed it saying it was sold to someone local. To me this is pretty shitty.
I understand the convenience of local sell, I have been buying and selling BMW parts for over 6 years online, but when you tell someone a price and to keep waiting on them to send info for paypal and final cost you expect a follow through on their end.

SojuSoulja made a deal and then didn't follow through at the last minute after a couple of weeks of making me wait.

Item still not here. I send a few more PM's/email etc. and get a response 10/15/06

" Thats strange it hasnt shown up. I will get the tracking # from my office tommorow. I can assure you Im not trying to rip you off or anything, thats not how I conduct business. Expect a Pm tommorow with answers to where your package is. sorry for this situation."

The next day I still didn't have a response and now it's another week later with no response.

 

5 days later, and still no reply, not even from his cheerleaders. How suspect.

So far has done almost exactly the same thing to me and as result has ripped me off for $90.

I sent him a check for $90 for new front brake rotors and never got the rotors.

As confirmed by this PM:

Hey Mike,

I got the check today, thanks.. I packed up the rotors, but bank of america will hold the check for 2 days to cash it since its out of state.. i will ship your rotors first thing thursday morning. thanks

Here's his initial reply to my concern:

"I am so sorry. I will go to my office and get the tracking #. Something i sold to another member got there a little late too, but he got it before you though and his came in thursday. so hopefully it will come tommoorow and i wil get the traciong # thanks,,,, sorry again"

A few weeks later and still no rotors:

"I am sorry, I am starting a claim through USPS. I can send you your money back now and i will take the refund check from USPS, you if you want to wait the 10 days, its fine too. I can assure you Im not trying to rip you off. Im a paying member of this site just like you, and i would never want to decieve anyone. Just wanted to clear that up now. im sorry, again for this whole mess.

Then about a month later:

i got the money then purchased new OEM rotors, sorry for the delay, my car blown its motor so that took alot of time

So right now darkfx (Rick) has $90 from me, at least $90 from USPS, and probably still has the original rotors. Apparently darkfx has figured some way to dupe USPS and S2ki members into allowing him to rip-off us off for twice the worth of items he may or may NOT have.

Thanks for nothing you worthless SOB, I hope your motor blows like you do.

darkfx you can expect similar posts to this showing up in every forum you post in until I get my $90 back.
