Hello,

I bought rear axles for my S2000 from 10seknds2k in the beginning of august. Paid the amount at once to him, $200+ shipping to Finland which was about $150. First everything went fine, and he promised me fast shipping, perfect products, etc...

I asked to get the tracking number numerous times, but always got somekind of explanation. He said that he had shipped the axles, but lost the number, for example.

Last PM I got from him is 19th of august when he promised to send me the axles next day.

Then we continued this topic via SMS. He still said that he had shipped the axles, but no number, no produts here.

When the month had gone, I asked him to refund, and he said that he will refund me by wire transfer, because he had some problems with his Paypal account. That took still one month and never got anything.

I made complaiment to Paypal, and only thing that I got back from there was about $20.

So I lost my money, never got axles, and lost 2 months from our very short driving season. So I'm pretty pissed of to this guy.


So my opinion is that someone should go and teach this guy a little lesson. I'm not only one who has got very big problems with him.

I bought a 9lb tech2 pulley from ATL2KS2K 2 months ago. For the first month after I sent the money i got no response. he finally responded with Sorry I have been out of town[ this was on Dec 11] and he would ship it out? Now a month later still no pulley and no response to my pm's on here and to is other email address. If anybody know's him if they could see whats up!!! Thanks!!

 

When you are selling your stuff, you have to consider your own situation. It is not what buyer should have considered. Especially you have made the promise. If you are unable to ship the goods within the given time, you have to speak up front or at least explain when it happens(if buyer doesn't take it, you have to refund the money). If you failed both, even if you still have shipped it out, I will still feel that you "might not" be all that trustworthy after all. Cuz you never know if buyer has any special needs or anything else at his side. At least you are not a cheater!! Well, at least it is not too late to learn a lesson! Just be the word of your own in the future, you will turn to be a "good guy"

I am kinda new to the site but since Sept. I have bought from a couple of peeps.
blacknugget- good guy
atl2ks2k- bad guy lost 105$ to a pulley I never recieved!!!!
Speedys- 1100$ so-so!
Speedys sold me a aftercooler brand new still in the box and carbon fiber square craft mirrors for 1100$. And for these 2 items this is a good price. I sent him the money and got confirmed he recieved it. I then recieved the aftercooler very quickly and to his word was brand new . But now it has been 2 months later and still no mirrors. He replyed and said they came back to him and he shipped them out again. So I have given him more then enough time and now still no mirrors and now he does not reply to me. I have seen his other post and sale items. So I hope someone can help me here that knows him. Have a good one and be careful out there!!

 

Good luck. I sold a few items to SpeedyS and he was a good buyer. Not sure on the seller end. Good luck getting your $$$ back.

Speedys just ripped me off for $160, for a ARC rad. plate. DONT buy from HIM! If any one knows his phone # pm me with it, I would like to give him a peace of my mind. Thanks
