I am not against you on this , but NE is not going to get involved in a non member sale . I know he did not post a FS thread but approached most of you in a WTB thread , But you should follow the same rules and noted he was a guest ...

Maybe you need to learn more about how to conduct sales over the internet to protect yourself in the future .. there are rules and policies made to protect you the buyer ... But you actually had 45 days from payment date to make a dispute and 20 days from the day the dispute was made to pursue it , so that is 65 days ... if he could not provide the shipping info to Paypal assuming it was shipped to your authorized Paypal address you would have won the claim.
also did you use a Credit Card through paypal ??? If so you can dispute it with your CC company
