S2KI STORE FEEDBACK
Oh this is great.
I just ordered a few things from them. Haven't seen any correspondence since placing my order. Now I'm worried.
Why if people have so many problems is this guy still allowed to sell merchandise? Not to mention that is so "conveniently" placed on the top of the site as if they are affiliated.
If it wasn't for the members and friends I have on here, I'd have left already, we need a non corporate ran site, not this ad filled garbage :thumbdown:
Not to mention, we PAY to be here. Ugh

So i'm going to jump on this because I am upset. I ordered 2 black pull overs with the White S2000 on it. One in small for my girlfriend, and one in medium for my best friend. I received 2 items on Dec 21st. However, 1 was the Small pull over that I ordered, but the other was a Large black Zip Up with the white s2000. It was in a bag labeled Medium pull. I was mad. This was a Christmas gift and to find out that they messed up. Really!? I contacted them immediately and they took a day to answer me. Told me to send it back. I sent it back. 2 weeks goes by, didn't hear anything. I PM'ed him again. His response
I just PM'ed him again. Hoping to get a response soon. Fronting for this and waiting to get an item a month later only to find that the size and style is incorrect. I ordered something on amazon and they sent the wrong size. They told me to keep it and 1-day shipped me a new sweater in the correct size. I'll consider buying twice from the store again.

What i did was, i included the site operators as well in the mail so they followed it up with the store as well. They are very helpful and will try to resolve your issue ASAP.

man im glad i didnt jump on it like i wanted to. i almost placed an order and would have been pissed to not get my stuff on time or to get something wrong when i paid for something else. im just glad some of you guys finally got what you paid for...will never order from them as long as this continues
