I already prove that. Either way you don't have to be a smartass and try and make me to be worse than what Martin is trying to do. I have no desire to anything, but I am being left with no other choice. I thought this was over with months ago, but then every couple of month Martin decides to send me a text message. From all the forums I have been a part of, I have never seen anything as stupid as this. I'm tired of commenting. I've posted a statement. If that is not enough than so be it.

 

its plain and simple dude if you went to court with that statement they wouldnt accept it, its not enough to prove that he got a check if your in law school you should know that.

wow. sbrodacz, take a breath. No one here is trying to F you (except maybe Martin). We're just trying to get to the bottom of the situation to help out whoever is in the right. You have nothing to prove to us, but if you want "s2ki" to make things right (I don't know who that would be specifically), then you have to work with us and stop calling people assholes and racial slurs. It's immature and doesn't make anyone want to take your side.

Showing your bank statement really helps your case. However, while check 172 was cashed, we don't know by who or where. There is a possibility that you wrote and sent a check that was cashed, but not to Martin. For all we know you wrote a check to your mom for that amount, or the mailman stole the check made out to Martin and cashed it, etc.

 

First, If you read what he wrote you would see I had ever right to call him and asshole and anyone else would have too. By commenting that I am trying to do this because I need money for another turbo kit is just bs especially when it is known my car is being sold. If someone is going to infer that I am trying to pull a scam or whatever it is they claim to get money for something you better believe I am going to call him/her an asshole. Secondly, I never directly wrote a racial slur on s2ki. Martin posted a text message and of course he did not post the rest of the text message or our conversation after the text messages. Last, I do not have to prove anything to any of you. I posted a statement and thats all there is to it. Martins claiming because I said he must have thrown 3 checks away that I'm lying. That's just absorb

If that is the case you guys are more than welcome to follow along with the status of the law suit. The statement was not posted to convince any of you. Luder ask for a statement and I posted one. I wanted to give s2ki the benefit of the doubt and chance to correct the problem. As I said before if I am left with no other choice I will include s2ki in the law suit.

 

Seth, I have no issue with you or Martin, and I agree this is ridiculous. If you are right then I am sorry you have had to go through all this. I suggest however that you may at least want to consider then pm'ing Luder94 or a moderator of your choice with the cleared check. They can look at it and consider the case closed, and you do not have to endure any more of this

 

First, I guess that's where were different. If someone told a lie about me, I wouldn't call them an asshole. I'd prove why they are wrong and at the same time prove that they are an asshole. You seem to have a lot of pent up anger. Or maybe I'm just really laid back.

Second, you are correct, you never made a racial slur on s2ki. But I can infer something about your character because you did. Point being, you resorting to petty insults doesn't help your arguments. Are you going to call opposing council a retard if/when you become a lawyer?

Third, like I said, you don't have anything to prove to us. But don't get mad when we think of you a certain way. And if you don't care about your reputation on s2ki, why are you even here defending yourself? If you do care about your reputation here and want this thread closed, prove it and this thread gets locked, deleted, and Martin loses his reputation and possibly privileges. I know were asking a lot as proof. But like I said, just because a check was cashed doesn't mean it was by martin. I can post up a bank statement that says someone cashed a check for $150 too.

But if you have to comment back to everyone who says something to you, why cant you just PM a mod with a pic of the cleared check? or better yet just post it here, and prove everyone wrong? With people seeing this thread, you can lose your reputation on here pretty quick, and make people think twice about doing any business with you. Im not saying your wrong either, but why not just do that and get it done with instead of arguing with everyone?
