If you look I started asking in October when I stated something was wrong in the whole scenerio. You would not allow me to get the money in person.

 

It's really simple if the check was in fact cashed there should be proof on your online statement, so prove that the check was cashed.............really very simple

 

Just got back from Kinkos. Here is a copy of the bank statment. You can see on 3/3/10 at 5:00pm check 172 in the amount of $150 was cashed. This thread needs to be deleted and Martin needs to be held responsible for his lies and false accusations. I have said what I needed to say and provided the requested bank statement.

 

april 3rd you said you sent 3 checks and its not your fault hes a dumb pollack that keeps throwing them out thats a month after you say he cashed a check yet you still say he threw it out something isnt right that statement just says a check was cashed of that amount you could have written a buddy a check and cashed it to cover your ass for all we know that doesnt prove anything

 

My bank Chase provides a scan of cashed checks front and back. If you have that then it is the ultimate proof. However, ball is now in the other court.

Seth, do you have a copy of the cancelled check that you wrote to Martin? If you don't, you could easily contact your bank for a copy of check 172 and they will send it to you. Not a copy of your statement, a copy of the cancelled check that proves Martin cashed it?
-If you do, then post it and then it will prove that Martin is not being honest with you, and you won't be considered a thief and you will be vindicated.

Martin, did you receive payment for the intercooler that you sold to Seth via check as he has stated? And did you cash check 172? Did you receive payment for your intercooler?

It's not about what he did/said/threatened, after the fact, stick to the point, and keep it factual (and proveable). Which is, did the financial transaction occur or not? That will answer your question right there. Honestly, guys, this is above both of you and if you really need an honest mediator, I'm happy to help, you don't have to be friends but let's get over this already.

 

I posted a statement as requested. I should not have to do anything else. I am not posting a copy of my check online. This should be over with already.
