Is there a way to get a vendor kicked off the forum for bad treatment?

It has only been two weeks since I ordered but he said I should expect the package within a week when I did order so I wanted a tracking # to go with it. Dont understand how it was appropriate to ignore my PMs and then send me some random GIF image. If I would have known I would have paid a few extra bucks and got better treatment.

They did similar to me when I was having an issue with them, he sent me a meme. Not sure why they'd think it's appropriate or helpful.

THM do have good prices, but that's somewhat pointless if the service after the sale is nonexistent.

That was my bad. It was what I had about 20 different tabs open at the time and I must have accidentally posted that when I was checking threads.

Suppose to revive my wheels today, seller gave another false date, that's 4 times I have been lied too. Very disappointed, beware of Thmotorsports, sells a few bucks under other vendors, but I would rather pay a little extra for better service. 4 months of waiting for my wheels I can get back. Would of had my wheels if bought from else where. Trying to get a refund now.. Smh

I ordered a competition clutch flywheel on friday and it was here tuesday....monday was memorial day.

I made sure to ask if it was first in stock. It was and in a much lower price than from anyone else.

Beware of seller Thmotorsports:

Poor communication after purchase, won't get any updates or communication after purchase.

Will take your money even if item is out of stock instead of letting the customer kno it's out of stock and blames the distributor for not having the item.

Do your research on Thmotorsports and their service they may be a few bucks cheaper, but I rather spend the 3% more for better service. Do your research, and I hope no one has to go though the experience I went through,

Purchased FA500 coilovers through THMotorsports. Communication was superb prior to ordering the coilovers, and answered every question. We PM'ed back and forth for about a month before I actually bought the coilovers. After ordering them, Communication dropped off a little bit at first, but rebounded soon after. Only complaint I have was that it took ~5 weeks to receive instead of the estimated 3 weeks I was quoted, but this was on Fortune Autos end more so than THMotorsports, I was aware they were not a stocked item and were made to order prior to ordering. Overall a positive experience with THMotorsports, and an unbeatable price. I will do business with them again in the future. :thumbup:
