Ordered my K&N FIPK on 19th and received on the 24th of June. Box was a little banged up but install was smooth with all parts included. Price was amazing. So far I'd say ill do business again for minor parts. Thanks.

So seems like a little bit of negative feedback coming lately. But you guys got to realise that most of the stuff you get isn't stocked and they have to order it from the manufacturer. And then they give you the same info that there given. It isn't there fault that the supplier is lagging.
I recently placed a good size order and it came in 3 different shipments. The last took 2 months. But guess what it came from Japan.
Granted after the sale there communication could be better but other then that I am fine with the wait time. I knew it was going to be like this and I didn't even ask.
Remember they are dealing with more then just the s2ki forum.

I will place another order again.

Extremely disappointed with THMotorsports. After seeing how often they post, I thought I'd give them a shot. Order a Berk 3 inch headerback from them for my AP1. Order was place 7/14. Unfortunately, I did not ask up front if the item was in stock, but PM'd the vendor here and asked the next day. He states the exhaust was in stock at the time my order was placed. I PM this morning for a status update, and am sent an e-mail from their shipping department stating the item was backordered, and ''estimated time of completion is 7/30/14" and of course the additional time to pack and ship. I am not happy being lied to. Granted it's not 100% THM's fault, but they should really double, and triple check if an item will ship before they take your money. I did not have this problem with GoTuning, and well be taking my business there for a new exhaust system.

Do these guys even answer PMs? They sure do post of a lot those spam posts but can't answer any of my 3 PMs over the course of a month.

Update to my situation. I elected tk cancrl the order, howeve, IExchanged PMs with the vendor here, and he assured me everything was going to fine, and that he would stay in touch through the process. So I elected to have the order replaced, and I was told the order would be added back on "No Problem". As I mentioned previously, I was given an estimated completetion time of 7/30. Just just under two weeks of my initial purchase,not bad. I pm'd the vendor 7/29 just to check and inquire on a status. No response from the vendor. I email the shipping department, and they're now giving me an additional 3 weeks as of today.I received no such information until I had to directly ask for it. It seems as though what's the money is in their account what happens to product doesn't matter. If they were given an additional lead time for a product, their customers should have been contacted immediately with an update. No such luck. I am thoroughly disappointed and will not buy from THM again.

My biggest gripe is that they rubber stamp everything "In Stock", when this is not the case. Why false advertise?

I was going to order something from them, but this thread weirded me out. What's with all the animations here and in their other thread? Is that store run by kids? ...and the feedback is very poor. I just can't chance it as life is too short to get bent by odd vendors...

I have order twice from THM and haven't been happy either time, poor customer service, "in stock" really means on order, receive partial of order and it was the wrong item. First order, PLX DM-100, after placing the order I expect it to arrive within 10 days, a month later I receive item. Was told manufacture was in back order, was given a discount for next purchase. Second purchase was recent, I order Centric Premium Rotors front and rear, Project Mu NS400 pads front and rear, I was ordering with good faith the "in stock" really meant in stock as I needed theses for a track event coming up. I place my order(did not use my discount from previous order) and waited for my order. Almost 7 days past before I receive a tracking number, 2 days later I receive partial of my order which was the rear pads, to my surprise it was the right brand of pads, but for the wrong car. I contacted telling my concern and wanting to cancel my order since my track day was coming up and my chances of receiving my order was slim to none on time. I was advise to return order to their warehouse which I had to pay for shipping out of my pocket, and waited for a refund, didn't get a full refund at first had to ask for them to refund my tax and all items, was like pulling teeth. I am not planning on ordering from them ever again. On a side note I did ordered from GT Motoring and Greg got me the pads and rotors next day and made it to the track event.
