They responded to one of my pm's in the past when I had a problem with an order I'd placed with a meme and an animated gif. I asked what it was supposed to mean and I was told he had too many tabs open at once and posted wrong.

THM do have good prices, but that's their only saving grace. I shop elsewhere, it's not worth the $5 to me to be treated like crap after they have my money.

Posted in a few threads looking for the best shipped price on a Berks 70mm catless test pipe. THMotorsports had it for $89 shipped, which is much lower than anywhere else I've seen on the internet. So far my only gripe is it took 8 days to send me the invoice that the order was official to my email, with notification that it should be shipped out within 48 hours. I'll update this post once I get a tracking number and the test pipe actually gets here.

 

I bought coilovers from them about 2 years ago without problems (through website).. just ordered a wing from them and got the invoice, order confirmation , etc from them immediately to my email. lowest price, yes.. best customer service, probably not.. we'll see with shipment with this one..

 

So I called thmotorsports today and they told me they would follow up through email regarding my shipment since they weren't 100% sure if it was in stock. I got an email about 20 minutes after call and was told that it would ship directly from manufacturer and they would request a tracking number . Got the tracking number 30 minutes after initial email. Looks like I'll get my package tomorrow. I'm a happy customer and will do business again.

 

Im workin with Dewey at THMotorsports and so far, I have ordered and paid for an APR GT300 wing and a Cusco 5 point roll bar. He told me the wait for the Cusco Roll bar is 7-10 weeks until it will be shipped to my door... The APR wing, he told me it is also made to order. But should be 2-3 weeks till I get it.... He also said he can help me get a custom splitter made for my amuse gt1 style bumper. So far I did what he told me. I traced my bumper and mailed it to APR. I wrote a letter explained that APR already spoke with Dewey and that they were expecting the outline/ trace of my bumper and can help make me a custom splitter. Dewey told me it'll be about 100-150 extra. ..... We'll see how this goes. Il leave feed back when I get my items. Haven't paid for splitter yet tho.

 

asked for an invoice for the 63mm berk hfc. sent the invoice and let us pay without mentioning it wasn't even in stock. had to ask 2 days later to even find that out. was then told it had to be made and would ship out within a day or so. a week later still no cat and no responses to queries regarding tracking info when it shows the message as read. we decided to just get our money back and shop somewhere that actually wants the business.

TLR make sure what you want is in stock before handing over funds.

 

Ordered a Clutchmasters FX300 on 7/20/15, spoke with THM via pm. Gave me a quote (cheaper than anyone else online) and even some alternatives and benefits. Sent me an invoice via paypal, once paid I had a clutch sitting on my workbench in 5 days. Clutch was well boxed and including all parts. Happy to do business with them again, thanks!

 

as a note, they won't give you your money back either when you cancel.
