Congrats Rob; enjoy. Although I went out of my way - even went to another state to buy a black car - I would never get another one.

No, they were both 4 door sedans. I originally wanted the Metallic Grey (a dark grey) but when I saw the black and the way the bumper and trim matched it, I was sold. I took my wife and older son to see it before making up my mind. Liz was undecided, but my son immediately said that the black was the color.

I'm guessing due to all the work it takes to keep clean

Very nice car Rob. I'm sure you will love it. When it is clean a black car is stunning.

I had an '08 Si in Black Cherry and I could never keep it clean.

You could see all the pollen on it, finger prints where people were leaning on it to look inside, etc. After I wiped it all down to put back in the garage it was beautiful again...

Strange as it seems, the color white shows the least dirt in my experience.

I think the color that shows the least dirt is silver or light grey. I'm not too concerned about my Si being black. Here in New Jersey every car looks dirty all winter. My concern with black, as is with any dark color, is that scratches show as white streeks. But again, I'm really not that concerned. When clean, the car is absolutely beautiful.

Neat looking car Rob. I checked locally and the nearest dealership that has one is 79 miles away. I see that it has plenty of torque. I looked at a Accord 6 cylinder with a 6mt, a few years ago, and the problem on that car was torque steer. Does the SI also have the same issue? I'm sure that if you drive it, you would eventually get used to the power to the front wheels, but with me just taking a test drive, I never got the hang of it. I was not even touching the gas pedal when I started out, just let the clutch out slowly until I got it rolling than applied the gas. It's been a few years ago, like I said, so they probably have worked out that issue. With a 1.5 liter engine, I'd expect to see some very good gas mileage. It's got a great safety rating, maybe I'll have to check with the local dealerships to see if they are going to get any in.
