I definitely think I have more oversteer now. Bumpy roads make the rear end a little twitchy but it's controllable. And I'm adjusting my driving style to compensate. I'll see how this setup works at Sears Point in two weeks

Thanks for the logic on converting inch to degree.
I have been wondering about the spec setting in my honda dealer hunter machine.
I have done a quick test on alignment repeatability:
