I have done a search and followed all the directions, but I have never been able to upload a picture without getting one of these error messages:

You are not allowed to upload that type of file as an avatar or personal photo or

The file you requested to upload was greater than the limit the administrator has set for your group.

I keep making the image smaller but it doesn't seem to help. This is what photoshop tells me about the image size:

file size: 14.4kb
file type: jpeg
image size: 1" x 1"
resolution: 72 pixels

Am I doing something wrong?

 

The image appears to be within the limits required. I'd suggest you email the image to support@s2ki.com with a description of the problem.
