I'm guessing this should be something we should be able to access.

This is the error message I get

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /sponsors/ on this server.

^ maybe it's time to get'r done?

seems like it's in our (s2ki's) best interest to have access to that to better promote our sponsors..

All the sponsor banners are redirecting to inline pro, regardless of what banner I clicky

Me either. I think sponsors would be making more sales if they could be found all in one place.
