Hi guys,
I haven't been able to log in using my old account, "PeaveLove&S2K" since v4 was rolled out. I'm told my password is incorrect ("Sorry, the password was wrong. All passwords are case sensitive") even though I'm quite certain I've entered the correct password.

I've tried the "I've forgotten my password" link several times, but have not received anything in my mailbox thus far.

Also, I'm posting here because several attempts at e-mailing support@s2ki.com and info@s2ki.com have bounced.

Please help me resolve this when you get the time. I'm sure you guys are busy with a tonne of other things so it's no big hurry. I'll just post using this account in the meantime.

You didn't sign up for another account w/the same name now did you?? I know, it should'nt have let you...but it did. I reset your password and PM'ed it to PeaceLove&S2000.

I have had a similar problem except the site won't recognize my account name "Hate Me!". I tried to re-register under my name and it recognized my email address but not my name. Please help

Yea, it is. Something isn't getting escaped with slashes somewhere. I've been away this weekend, so I haven't made any progress on this issue.
