[img] needs to be an actual image file like. jpg
you can usually right click the image and go to properties and paste that link but it depends on the hosting site

It's not broken.

As a guest you have to use an external hosting site for pictures, then you copy the URL into the post.

How do I become a member? I have a profile and everything. Also how do u explain my ability to do it before? Either my status was changed to guest somehow or there was a glitch.

To become a member, click "Premium Membership" at the top of any page. I'm at a loss as to why you were able to upload photos before (e.g. in your newbie thread) if you weren't previously a paid member.
