Thumbs up Does Metro have a moderator?

Since we got the CO issue sorted out, I was wondering if Metro had it's own moderator. Not that we need it of course since we police ourselves....well most of the times
Just wondering if there is a rank structure.
For example from the top down:

Goddess (Honda Gal)
^
^
Cthree
^
^
Admin
^
^
Moderator
^
^
CO

If there is a structure how do you get "promoted" to the next level? And why is Cthree S2KI user number 2 if he started everything?
Sorry but I just want to understand the bureaucracy of S2KI

moderator = CO

CO name is given to moderator of regional forums. all other forums, bike, uth, & etc. is given moderator. that's my understanding.

The COs of NYC Metro can moderate this forum. There are moderators apart of NYC Metro, but not a moderator of NYC Metro. Their usernames are FREQ and TURBOPWR. None of which are SITE MODERATORS which can moderate all forums.

Again, this is just my speculation. I can move this to Site Info if you like and use my 'moderator' powers. You would get more accurate info in there.

CO = Moderator - Site Moderator - Admin
"hierarchy" ---------->>

You're hierarchy is about accurate except CO and moderator are about the same, CO's organise local communities, moderators moderate individual forums.

There is a Site moderator position between Moderator and Admin.

The CO's for Metro are Billman250, nibble, HiPER
