On the old forum we could choose a privacy setting to permit "lurking" without being seen (the lightbulb didn't come on, etc.) . Will a privacy feature such as this become available in the future? Sometimes I like to read my messages, etc. without displaying my presence -- I like to lurk in "stealth mode".

I'm a registered owner and I would like to be able to create a new topic in the for sale and wanted forum, but for some unknown reason I can't. I would also like to be able to BUY a membership, but that's not working yet either. Any idea why I can't post a new topic in for sale and wanted? Any idea when I'll be able to buy a membership? Thanks.

 

Can we have the main section title menu bar available for every page. Once you go to the section you want IE special interest, the menu bar are not available. I tend to be clicking the forums link again to take me back to the main forums page, and then selecting another category. Seems tome this would be more useful for quicker navigation.

 

I liked seeing the Model Year of the poster's car below their avatar.

 

I'd actually like to see the "Go to first unread" link at the top of every page, not just the multi-page threads. I know I can use the arrow next to the thread but I'm so used to the link I keep going into the thread without using the arrow...

Oh, yeah, the buttons in MyS2K edit signature don't work.

 

I like the blue envelopes for the read and unread meassages, I'd like to see the envelope open after we've read the message. And the smaller fonts are a bit hard on the older eyes. BTW, great job admins. and thanks for letting us have this input.

 

One relatively minor question -- why doesn't the code work to get my heart symbol in my sig??
