I just received a junk email from "Tim & Rita" of "tacscar.com". They sell car care products. I was wondering if anybody else here has gotten this email so I can figure out if these people got my email address through my profile info. It's a little annoying but not a really big deal. If only these people knew that a solicitation such as this automatically excludes them from me doing business with them even if they have the best product going. Eventually, I would have found them on my own through various internet searches, etc. I may have considered buying from them at that time but not now, not ever. Advertise in the magazines like everybody else. Just don't come into my home without an invitation.

 

Hmm. I don't like that. I will make sure we add something to the rules about using profile info for solicitation. The reason we don't ask you if you would like to receive offers and such in your profile is because it will never happen, not from us that's for sure.
