hi myfriend wants to register here but he hasn't gotten his email confirmation he has a hotmail account

what could be the problem.?

 

Have your friend email support@s2ki.com.

This seems to be a bit of a problem with people not receiving their validation emails. Have him check his spam folder, it could be the email was targeted as spam.

 

Hotmail, Yahoo and the like tend to have a lot of trouble receiving mail in general. It's usually due to users not understanding how the spam filtering works and that they actually have to take an active part in managing their incoming mail.

 

Interesting thing that I found on another forum was that they'd only let you use a registered email address such as your isp.... Not sure how useful that'd be in stopping/culling spammers but thought I'd mention it
