Membership access no longer valid

My S2ki gold membership access has not been available since VB changeover. I have sent an email to support@s2ki.com and have heard nothing back (10/26) .
Under my premium membership page , I see I am current until 10/17. Please assist.

FYI - there is a glitch in the system that is preventing statuses to not update automatically, so it is having to be done manually. Send an email to support@s2ki.com with a copy of your receipt and it will get handled.
